Tom the amazing evolving trout.
Tom is a rather cheeky trout that lives (or lived) in a Lake. In short Tom decided that he did not like living in the lake, swimming around in his own waste, not to mention everybody else’s. The frogs got to live in and out of the water, and they have no class.
If a frog can live out of the water why couldn’t he?
So Tom wrote me a letter and told me he has decided to evolve and move on to dry land. (Tom really is a fish of little brains.) He said he has found a wonderful place to live and invited me to come for a visit. Being able to evolve, he figured makes him just a little smarter than the average trout. So he thought it would be quite clever to be a little sneaky about the location of his new home and offered these clues.

SPORTS ARENA
CRONEMILLER LAKE
THE LAKE
TREES ON YOUR RIGHT
TREE WITH SIX TRUNKS
WITH A VIEW OF THE LAKE

“Hey, wait a minute! That is only half of the clue! Throw me a bone here, where am I supposed to dig up the other half of the clue?” I asked?

He replied with this cryptic message:

Box#3, Find the “Big wheel” next to the “cabin.” Read about the big wheel and take note of its passenger. Then take a compass reading of 120 deg mag. In that direction you will find the twin to the big wheel’s passenger. The last piece to your puzzle is hidden at its east end, under the north side, snuggled against the base, under a piece of wood.

I know I’ve heard this before, I just can’t place where……
