Sept 18, 2008.
Weell this one may be missing again.
Seeme like an annual occurence.
If you happen to check on it, please let me know your results.

Sept 2, 2007.
Box is back again. Stamp carved by my #3 daughter.

Reported missing, again. July 20, 2007.
I'll try to replace later this summer.

Box replaced as of 8/19/2006.
Hiding spot appears to be "Mosquito Mecca"
Better plan on bug spray if attempting in summer.

Difficulty: easy walk for kids of all ages.
Some basic compass skills required.

Start at the Gazebo. Head right along the water to the bridge and crossover. From the last fence post past the bridge, take a bearing of 280 degrees to a tree growing out of a rock. Sight 310 degrees and walk to a large V tree. Surprise! It’s really three trunks. 290 degrees will take you to another V tree. Then 310 degrees to the largest boulder in that general direction. Now just head in the general direction of 320 degrees. Past the woodpecker tree on the left. Continue until you reach a pine-lined walkway. Duck inside. Look under the first big rock you come to. Short arms could be a problem. Use a stick.

If you have time, go look for our other boxes, The Blue Butterfly, Green Tree Frog, Golden Oak and the Little Lady Bug.

Please send us a note that you found it and to report on the box's condition. Thanks.
