This series is at Babcock Ridge. Park in the pull up parking in front of the sign. Behind the sign is a large tree and behind this tree is a large boulder. You can find "Faith" in a cave under this boulder. Have "faith" in those you love - Wyatt DSA is a dog scout, and through this program, we have learned to have trust and faith in one another and spend a great deal of time, hiking, boating and learning new things. This is a park and grab for those who don't want to complete this somewhat moderate hike.

Continue up the hill and take a right at the trail sign onto Babcock Loop. After a very short distance you will see a tree with a blue blaze on the LEFT next to a large boulder. Go a short distance off trail behind this blue-blaze tree to the boulders that form somewhat of a "T". Box #2 - Hope is hidden in the crack of this "T" formation covered by leaves and sticks. Wyatt sure HOPES you can find his box. He is excited about this series and is working on Letterbox Dog Advanced Title.

Continue on the blue blaze trail until you cross your first wooden bridge. After crossing the bridge look for a very thin birch tree on the RIGHT with a boulder directly behind it that looks like a shark fin! Behind this "shark fin" looking boulder is a flat mossy boulder. To the right side of this mossy boulder in a crack covered by sticks is Box #3 Love - with the log book. A dog scout is greatly loved and loves back greatly.

There is ink in each box. Please let me know if I need to tweak these clues - there are a lot of trees with blue blazes and lots of boulders!

Wyatt DSA loves this scenic walk. He is a happy, obedient, energetic English Cocker Spaniel who explores places and learns new things. For more information on dog scouts, please visit dogscouts.org.

Hike length: 1-2 miles
