There is a serene, woodland pond in Andover not far from the busy roads of Rt. 28 and Rt. 125 Bypass. Well worth a visit, it is called the Dug Pond Conservation Area. Park near the entrance, on the corner of Glenwood and Fern Roads. Proceed to the sign that marks the trail head.
1. At the Dug Pond Conservation Area sign, step onto the trail and head down the hill towards the water.
2. Take a right at a large boulder.
3. Follow the path of boulders and take a right at the 9th boulder (find a bonus letterbox here if you look carefully!).
4. Now, find the Rosebud letterbox after 5 paces and a jump over a few branches.
Hike length: 0.1 miles
