A stroll through the rose garden is lovely, but I prefer the drought-resistant species.
Head to Capitol Park near the rose garden. Walk towards N street and you should see some cacti and other drought-tolerant plants. Somewhere behind the desert willow (deserts are too dry for weeping, y'know) you'll find the Swashbunnies Green box. Get low, but don't worry, it's not hidden in anything with spines.
