Difficulty: Very Difficult if hike, easy via auto road
Distance to Letterbox: 25 steps once at parking lot. If you hike up, add those miles.

Mount Washington is the highest point in NH, and has some of the highest winds in the world. You can hike to the top via many trails, take a cog train, or drive. We drove, as the weather was iffy that day. Fee to drive

Directions:
Get to top. If driving, when reach parking areas, turn left at lower parking and park on left near corner. If on top from train or hiking, go down to parking areas and find hiking sign listed below.

To the Letterbox:
Go to corner of road coming up and lower parking area and drop down to trail sign for "Tuckerman Ravine". Go behind that sign off trail to other side of rock wall. Box is on this back side of that rock wall in a crevice, with 10 inch rock on top of it.

Hike length: 0.1 miles
