The flower (xochitl) represents the Incan god Huehuecoyotl, the god of storytelling and dance.

To find the box go to the 2nd entrance to the cemetery (the one with no archway). Park there. Walk forward past the large white cross to a tree with three trunks. Go to the backside and the box is in a hole in the base.
