North Table Mountain
*Re-located on 11.4.17 due to stolen stamp and ink* (How sad!)
*Clues for new location below*

This letterbox is located just 10 mins northeast of downtown Golden, with a beautiful view of North Table Mountain from a neighborhood park. Easy access makes it great for young kids and great park to play in! Hand carved stamp and ink pad inside.
Hint: This location may be considered Golden or Arvada via GPS. It is on the very edge of both Golden & Arvada.

To find the letterbox from downtown Golden, follow 10th Street heading east out of town, past Coors Brewery.
10th Street will turn into 44th Ave. Follow 44th, passing underneath Hwy 58.
Turn left on Easley Rd. Follow Easley Rd around the base of North Table Mountain
Cross over 60th Ave and you will see Sunrise Ridge Park on your right.
Turn right by the sign for Sunrise Ridge Park, onto 61st Drive. Park your car along the street and enter the park.
You will see the playground- walk over to the "big kid" playground with the tall double slide.
Find the trashcan behind the bench, under a tree, at the SE corner of the park.
Follow the path in back of the trashcan along the side of the park, heading south toward North Table Mountain.
Take 120 steps (give the kids practice counting!) on the path and turn right. Its also the next right, onto another path.
You will see a little free library on your left, inside a suitcase. Enjoy a book if you'd like! Face the suitcase as if you were opening it. Then look toward your right, at 3 o'clock you will see a group of large rocks in the distance. Head toward that group of rocks.
When standing in front of those rocks, from the right hand side, count 6 large rocks (in the first row) toward the middle. In between the 6th and 7th rocks, you will find the letterbox hidden under a smaller rock and some brush.

Please put your stamp in the book, and use our stamp for your book! Enjoy and replace as found for everyone to enjoy.
We live nearby and frequent this park. We will check the letterbox often!
