There are many forgotten families all over the state. This old scattered community is hidden in plain sight.
On Old Baptiste Rd, near Stoney Ln., park in the unpaved pull over on the stone wall side near the Old Baptist Meeting House. Looking over the stone wall you will see a large cedar tree in the middle of this walled community. To get to this community, walk around to the back of the meeting house heading toward the cedar, but to the row of large headstones on the tree's left. Stop at the third headstone - John G Allen - and notice the sad story of his death in 1869. Looking up from the headstone, the cedar is ahead and to the right. You will find what you seek in a hidey hole in the cedar tree, behind strips of bark.
There is no ink. Brown, black or gray will work well. Please rehide very well since there is a lot of traffic.
