Sasha Strikes Again
Imagine if you will a very grumpy, somewhat mean, very fat, sassy cat. Do you have one in mind? You have probably just imagined the perfect replica of Sasha, the world’s crabbiest cat. Now she does have moments of tenderness but more often than not she is just mean and will not hesitate to reach out in an effort to make a lasting impression (in the form of nasty, red scratch marks across your skin).
Our story begins with Sasha (of course), and is a detailed account of one of her adventures. Warning, this story may also be a bit of an exaggeration, as the real Sasha never makes it off the front lawn.
One night while all of her owners were sleeping, Sasha snuck out and decided to visit one of Saint Clair Shore’s finest sports destinations, Kyte Monroe. First, she stopped and read the map located at the Pro Shop (32909). She decided it would be fun to chase some balls, so she hurried around the right side of the Pro Shop. After leaving her signature mark on several softballs, she decided to take a quick cat nap curled up under the nearby slide.
After a short snooze our friend, Sasha, was awakened by the grumbling of her stomach. While we all know that Sasha has no problem hunting down people she chose to fill her belly with a sampling of all the wonderful junk food options available at the snack bar.
Once her belly was properly filled, Sasha waddled on past the concessions and decided to stop and use the bathroom. She did take a moment to read about Mr. Monroe but quickly decided that he was her complete opposite, a friendly, thoughtful, charitable fellow. Feeling sassy once more, she turned to the right and decided to take a walk to where the sidewalk ends to find a more private location away from the crowd. Up in the distance past a lonely tree she spied an opening marked on either side by the numbers 288 and 302. She slipped past these barriers and followed the tiny trail to her left. Being as fat as she was she decided that she could not make it to the other end of the trail and stopped just before the scratching post numbered 160. Noticing an opening in the bushes to the right, she squeezed through to find a wider space where she could curl up for another nap. Just before nodding off, she glanced over to the fence line where 2 trunks came together. She thought she spied a treasure there wedged between the fence and the trunk base but fell asleep before she could be sure.
