The Boy Scouts Trailblazer District & the Girl Scouts of Suffolk County Service Unit 63 hosted a Camporee on October 16,17 & 18, 2015 at Sears Bellow County Park. One of the activities was Letterboxing and Glass Menagerie prepared this Letterbox to commemorate our event. We hope you have as much fun finding the box as we had placing it!
Clues to BE PREPARED TO SURVIVE Letterbox:
Begin at site 60. Cross the road to the restroom, Walking past the left side of that building. Take the path to your left with the double split rail fence x2. Continue straight ahead and go 10 steps past the Youth Group Areas sign. Head SW (left) until you reach the large trio of oaks on your right. Walk 18 steps to see nature's jungle gym on your left. Test your balance waking on th pine branch that starts behind the standing oak. Jump off before your reach the trunk..go under and over, look down to the left and around...the oak the pine knocked down conceals the prize you seek!!!
