This stamp is the second in a tribute to my son's six marching band years with Reitz Memorial High School. He is now a senior and this is his final season with them. Little Drummer Boy (http://www.atlasquest.com/showinfo.html?boxId=255043) tells of his first (and second) year as a snare drummer. When he was a freshman, his directors realized he could play the xylophone - and he could read music. He was quick with his mallets, so he was moved into the Pit where he has played the xylophone and vibraphone. He will finish his marching year still in the pit, but playing the xylophone and keyboard for this year's show. He loves the pit and all the instruments in it.

To find this letterbox, you need to head to the North Green River Road and Millersburg Road intersection. Head east on Millersburg Road about 1/2 mile. You will drive under the I-69 overpass and come to County Line Road. There was no street sign when I planted this, but there are two signs on the south side directing you to the "Evansville Radio Control Model Aircraft Club" and the "Campbell Twp Conservation Club"; turn south here. About two cornfields (or soybean fields) down, you will see a road going to your right only; this is Heim Road. On the right of this "T" you will see some old tractors and farming equipment and a gravel area leading to the fence. There is a guardrail at the end of this fence, as it is a dead-end. You can park in this gravel area, which is sometimes mowed. Head to the left side of the guardrail. What you seek is hidden on the backside. Please rehide well.

Note: if you happen to be letterboxing in this area the Saturday or Sunday of Labor Day weekend, drive on down to the Conservation Club. My family has a BBQ there every year. Just ask for me and we can meet!
