Trek to box is approximately 1.0 mile round trip from trailhead, but please take water no matter the season.
NOT flip-flop friendly like everything else in Vegas :( First part of trail is loose gravel, last part is STEEP.
Find your way to the new Mt. Charleston Visitor Center at Spring Mountains Visitor Gateway. Go to trailhead behind Visitor Center/Education Building. As of 7/27/15 trail names are not marked.

From middle of bench 9 steps to crack.
The "stache" is between trio of boulders under not so SPOR.
It's ever so dreamy on the mountain.
