This is Bonnie Lassie's first letterbox -- she designed the stamp.

Muscoot Farm is an early-1900s interpretive farm that is open year-round and offers a full schedule of programs for families, as well as group tours, farmyard visits and hayrides by reservation.

Today, Muscoot Farm has many of the original buildings, some of which were moved to accommodate the Muscoot Reservoir. Visitors can walk through the dairy barn, milk house, ice house, blacksmith shop and several other barns and buildings. Livestock and poultry are present. The Main House is used to exhibit art shows by local artists.

In addition, more than seven miles of hiking trails allow visitors to explore some of Muscoot's 777 acres through fields, woodlands and wetlands.

To the Letterbox:
Park at the far end of the lot. Walk straight behind the kiosk, and you will see a red barn on the right. Opposite the barn (on the left) is the red trail; follow that into the woods. Walk on the trail - you will pass the remnants of a small foundation on your left. At the next fork, continue on the red trail; there is a pond in the distance on your left. The trail will go uphill and then downhill.

The trail goes through a stone wall. Before passing through the wall, take 4 steps along the wall to the left. The box is hidden in the wall; please replace carefully, and make sure it is not showing.
