My Brother and his dear wife drove 2100 miles from Yuma, AZ to visit with me and it just so happened to be their 5th wedding anniversary as well. Traditionally, the 5th Anniversary is marked with WOOD, the modern symbol is SILVERWARE. We celebrated with a fine chicken dinner at Sonny's. This letterbox is placed to commemorate E&B's Fifth Anniversary.

Begin at the main entrance to Oak Ridge Cemetery in Buchanan, MI on Front St.
Drive straight past the Civil War Monument and take note of the cannon..."Polly want a cracker?"... and especially the cannon balls!
Follow the curvy lane. Left-over HAM for dinner? Eat Right with PEARS for dessert? CORNELIA points the way and ARTHUR marks the last leg of this lane.
Thinking now of the Traditional 5-yr. gift find the BECKS in front of you. Head towards BISHOP and BOYLE. An arrow points you through the parking lot. Salute the Veterans in your rear view mirror. Pass an angel on your right.
A bit further, spy a stump and AALFS on the same side. STOP! Across the way, a spigot, vacancy, and a lone tree.
In the crook of the tree is where you will find E&B's Excellent Anniversary stamp.

As always, be discreet and re-hide, re-seal well...and write back!
