This letter box can be found on Main St., willimantic. Across from the super stop and shop and friendly's restaurant.
Enter the old Willimantic cemetery at the entrance closest to Friendly's restaurant.
Once you have entered take a right at the fork, Drive until you see the headstone for Hunter (cross and all). Once you find hunter take a left and go past the three Crypts. ( in the summer two of the Crypts have vines covering almost the entire crypt). Go past all three until you make it to the paved road . This is where you take a right. Follow the paved road all the way until you see the boarded up building. Once you see this building follow the paved road to the right. Keep following that road until you find the civil war captain Frederick A. Palmer. Standing in front of the civil war captain's stone take a reading to the north west. You will find the potter family, look for one of the kids stones with the date 1865 to 1945. With your back to this stone you will find fantasy directly across the road.
Please be respectful of all the graves. Please re-cover the twigs on top of the box. Fantasy was my beloved horse. I was not able to give him a headstone, so I thought this would be a great memorial for him. Thanks for taking the time to find him. Happy hunting!
