This letterbox is part of the GO and Find Your Hero! program in Ephrata, PA. It will be available from May 30, 2015- August 8, 2015. Further details about the program may be found at www.goephrata.org.
The GO and Find Your Hero! program requires you to search for up to 15 “autographs” of community heroes. These “autographs” are wooden posts with engraved plates on them, instead of a traditional letterbox and stamp. Please carefully rub the impression from the engraved plate onto your GO and Find Your Hero! rubbing page, available at the Ephrata Public library.
The letterbox is located at Moyer's Meadow Park in Ephrata Borough. GO Ephrata! level of difficulty = Moderate
- Park in the narrow parking area off Penn Avenue.
- Locate and follow the macadam path toward the creek. You will pass a park bench.
- Bear left in the grass along the creek. The autograph you seek will be nearby.
