This box has been placed as part of the Heart of Texas Brownie Letterboxer Event.
Directions:
From Hwy 290 if heading out of Houston, take Telge Rd exit and go right on Telge Rd. Once you cross Cypress North Houston, then Cypress Creek, turn right at Pleasant Grove then quick right into parking for Telge Park.
To The Letterbox:
Walk into park, then across open area to bridge. Cross it, and head to the left. Continue down the hill and at the split, follow the trail marker to the right. Pass the nature markers until you see Sweet Gum. Head right along a path up a hill then go down, down to the creek. Don't fall in! At the creek, head NW (about 320 degrees) 14 steps to a clump of 7 or so small trees together. The box is hidden behind these trees.
