A tribute to the pecan sits on the North side of the Guadalupe County courthouse. The sign over the pecan touting Seguin as the 'Home of the World's Largest Pecan".
But I heard it wasn't the largest any more so I named the box "second largest pecan".
Go to Seguin, Tx. Park here: 29.568176,-97.967491
Enter the park and take the bridge to the left. Climb up the grassy steps to the top of the hill where there is a grey marker for Walnut Springs. Go behind the marker on the downhill side. At the first joint look down for a rock against the wall. What you seek is under the rock.
Please rehide well and watch for others in the park so you aren't observed.
