Flat Ground
Make your way to Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway. There is a Lowe’s on the northeast corner and an entrance on Lake Pleasant called Lake Pleasant Crossing. Turn into this entrance and make the first left.
Follow the main road in the complex around until you see an electrical box on the right side of the road, next to a fire hydrant. Turn right and park in a parking space in front of the electrical box and you will be facing north, with the fire hydrant to the right of your car.
Walk across the main road to the north and there is a sign next to an irrigation box that reads, “No Parking. Fire lane”. Walk directly north, counting 25 steps, from this sign and you will see a SPOR. Success !!
For more fun, our letterbox called “It’s a Mad, Mad World” is in this same area.
Please be careful of your surroundings and when you are ready to leave, please plant the box so that it is well hidden and secure. Put the container in the larger Ziploc bag, to protect it from the weather.
