Terrain Difficulty: Easy (flat, 2 miles RT)
Recommended Ink: brown, green & blue
Status: alive
The Lake Kyle Jubilee is a fun event held every spring highlighting Lake Kyle Park. There are many activities and Lake Kyle Nature Trails to hike, where this box resides.
Directions:
From I35 go east on RR 150 about 0.5 mile to Lehman Rd. Turn left and go about 0.6 mile to Lake Kyle Park on the right.
Clues:
Walk through building breezway and go left on Trail B. Follow it toward the lake, then go left around to other side. Follow barbed-wire fence to where a peninsula is on your right and the building where you started is directly across from you in the distance. Continue along fence for about 85 steps to metal poles in fence. Continue 20 more steps to bushes next to fence. Letterbox is within closest bush to fence under a log and grass. You can continue around the lake when done, following the orange markers to get back to starting point.
