This box was placed by a group of 4H kids as part of their turkey-themed Super Saturday project day. Each of the kids (and one mom) carved a stamp. There are FIVE stamps in this box. These are NOT hitchhikers. All five stamps stay in the box!!

Locate the Nara Nature Park on US 41 between Chassell and Houghton. Park at the Nara Chalet and Interpretive Center on the west side of US 41. Locate the trailhead on the south side of the chalet and start here. Go straight on Lookout Loop. When you get to the big intersection, go straight through toward the sled hill. Go past "Sled Hill" sign on your right, to a blank signboard on a tree on your right. Stand with your back to the blank sign board tree. The trail you just came from should be on your left, and a steep drop-off just ahead on your right. Go 10 paces and just off the trail, there should be an oak tree on your left and a cut log on the ground right in front of your feet. Just to the right of the cut log, in some brush and small branches, is the letterbox.
