Find Quoddy Head State Park and travel to the lighthouse. Turn right and park in the first spot on your right near the RV and bus parking area. There will be a bulletin board with an unusual shaped tree nearby. Take the path down a slight hill, bearing to the right. Travel along this trail and enjoy the shoreline, passing several benches. Near the end of the trail, look for a bench dedicated to Bill and Jean Carey. Sit and enjoy the view. Look over your left shoulder for a dead stump. Your treasure lies here behind a rock. Hope you enjoy! Please rehide well and replace the rock.
