Go 55 highway South, take exit 252, take a left to Sardis Dam (about 10-12 miles),you will then find a sign saying Sardis Lake on the right, take a right on River Road, you will also see a sign saying, "Clear Springs Nature trail", go about 2 miles, enjoy the canopy of trees over the road, you will see 2 wooden trail heads on both side of the road, go straight parking is on the left, get out of your car turn facing your trunk of your car(don't go to the trail in front of the car), cross the road, you will see a wooden walk way, follow it, as you look over the right side, there is a natural spring that runs, Yup then there are stairs, up up and away,keep going, you will see a yellow square on a tree on the left side, STOP TURN BACK, go 20 paces back, so now on you right side you will see two twin tree's with a hole in the bottom of it. There you will find "Sardis Lake Golden Key", keep going and enjoy the trail.
