VE-Day
Let us remember the service of our veterans, and let us renew our national promise to fulfill our sacred obligations to our veterans and their families who have sacrificed so much so that we can live free!
CLUE:
Drive on State Street (89) until you reach the stop light next to “The Purple Turtle” and then turn north on S 100 E.
Drive north to N 100 E and until you will find the Pleasant Cemetery on the west side of the street.
The Veteran’s Memorial is located on the north side of the cemetery. Look for the flagpoles.
Park in the parking lot next to the Veteran’s Memorial.
Walk to the flag poles. On the north side of the platform you will find some steps.
Under the steps on the west side you will find the VE-day Letterbox.
Please! Use stealth when retrieving the letterbox and hide well when finished.
Log your find at AtlasQuest and LBNA and please let me know if there are any concerns with this letterbox.
