This is less than 2 miles round trip - easy walk or bike ride.

Blanca & Beebo is placed in memory of my sister Karren, who passed away this past spring, and is missed by all who knew her - including Blanca & Beebo (aka Bikini Bob) - her life ended much too early.

From Luke McRedmond Park, if facing the river, go left along the Sammamish River Trail less than half a mile to the pedestrian bridge. Cross the pedestrian bridge, then if on a bike, go straight, onto the sidewalk to the light. Turn right at the light and continue along W Lk Sammamish Pkwy, then veer right (the sidewalk ends, but bike lane continues) to continue along 154 AVE NE to Rotary Park. If on foot, take a right at the end of the pedestrian bridge, then continue straight onto the grassy path back along the river (the path goes through blackberry bushes for a short while after passing Aegis) to Rotary Park.

From Rotary Park, along the river, go under the Redmond Way overpass on the W Sammamish River Trail (gravel path shared with horses). From the far end of the overpass, count 150 steps to a large maple tree on your left. Behind a fallen log to the right of the maple tree is the letterbox.

To get the authentic colors for Blanca and Beebo, bring a black ink pad. This is my first stamp carving attempt - and I'm no artist - enjoy!
