This was the location of the old court theater. You can park along the building and make your way to Courtyard Park. Check out waterfall dedicated to Mrs. Van Horne, the former high school art teacher. Now walk around to the backside of the fence and follow it until it meets the building. There is a electric box with a concrete block behind it. There should be traffic cones on top of it. Take a look inside the block to find what you came for. Thanks for stopping by.
