This letterbox is part of the GO and Experiment! program. It will be available from June 1, 2014 - August 17, 2014. Further details about the program may be found at www.goyork.org.

Through the GO and Experiment! program, you will be searching for "scientific terms" – wooden posts with engraved plates on them – instead of a traditional letterbox and stamp. Please carefully rub the impression from the engraved plate into your GO and Experiment! rubbing page, available at any York County library.

The letterbox is located at Cousler Park (Manchester Township). GO York level of difficulty = Easy

 Make sure to park in the 3rd parking area (Church Road north). You should be next to baseball field #4 and Pavilion C.
 Locate and walk along the paved path that heads toward the power lines. The baseball field should be on your right and the parking lot on your left.
 When you come to the power lines, turn right at the “T” in the path. Pine trees should be on both sides of the path.
 At the next intersection, turn left and keep walking. You should now find houses on your left and a soccer field on your right.
 Stay straight on the path as it goes under the power line again. You should notice a large group of trees on your left.
 Look for a large cement square on the left side of the path. The post should be nearby.
 To return to your vehicle, continue straight on the same path. Turn right at the next intersection and then another right. This path should take you back to the parking area.
