CANYON GLEN PARK:
Canyon Glen Park is nestled between the Provo River Parkway and Provo River. It is located approx. 2.5 miles east from the mouth of Provo Canyon on Hwy 189.
Canyon Glen Park may be the most diverse park in Provo Canyon. It is a popular group site because of the large play field, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and the walking paths. There is also east access to the Provo River for fun. It is the only park in the area with an Amphitheater for amateur plays, events, or concerts.
CLUES:
Take the Orem 800 North exit (#272) from I-15. Head east. It will eventually split; stay to the left and continue to head up Provo Canyon. You will need to be in the left lane. Approx. 2.5 miles up the canyon you will find a brown direction sign (Canyon Glen Park with an arrow pointing left) on the right. Turn left into Canyon Glen Park and park in the east end of the lot.
Walk pass the metal gate. Follow the trail east. Keep to the right of the Boulder Fun Play Ground.
Continue walking until you come to the Amphitheater on the right. Just pass the Amphitheater on the right you will find two (2) trees next to each other forming a āVā. Facing these trees look behind the left tree two (2) find the letterbox covered with black rocks.
PLEASE! Rehide carefully with rocks. This is a high traffic area!
