Harder clues:
Start at Route 103 next to the York River. Park across the street from the Wiggly Bridge.

1. Cross the Wiggly Bridge

When 2 paths diverge in the wood, take the "mainstream" route.
Look for the trio of betula papyrifera
Continue past the ancient signs of human habitation
Find the old stone table
Take ten leaping steps to the crooked tree in front of the white spruce.
Take 10 more leaping steps. Look around and think to yourself: if I were a letterbox, in what hollow might I hide?

When you find the letterbox, write down your trail name, something neat you saw on the trail, and your favorite animal or plant.

Easier clues:

Look for the trio of white trees by the first teepee.
Continue past the teepees.

Find the flat rock on the left as the path bends right.

Take 10 leaping steps to the crooked tree in front of the white spruce.

On the right side of the path, find the letterbox hidden up in a hollow near the bottom of a tree.

In the letterbox notebook, share with us something neat you saw on the trail.
