Mitchell Memorial Forest
Cleves, Ohio (Hamilton County)

Level: 2 Trail Walking
Need: Stamp Pad, Pen/Pencil and compass
Directions: US 50 to Bridgetown Rd. (St. Rt. 264) to left on Zion
Rd.
Follow signs to park entrance.
Clues: Park at the first parking lot on the left just past the
lake.
Take the Wood Duck Trail at the SW corner of the lot. Follow the
trail to the loop, take either direction to the other end of the
loop. At the "Eastern Red Cedar" sign, take a bearing of 150° and
follow the smaller path off the main trail. Follow this path
staying left where it detours around a fallen tree. Where the path is the closest to the sunken road (approx. 44 paces from the main trail) take a bearing of 110°. The box is under two trees that have fallen over an old fence line.
