This park had another use until 1999. It can be approached, and parking is available, either from the east or the west. Go for a stroll and spend some time watching the ducks. Your treasure will not be found with them. Enjoy the view of Mt Hood as you continue your walk, watch out for the fierce winds that sometimes blow through here. Take a small detour to the viewing platform and have a seat to sit and relax. Your reward is not here either.
