VINCENT told me a story about a troll under a bridge - He said it was his NEW home
Since he was chased away from his VALLEY home by the muggles who did not like him being there. LUGO found a new home under a bridge that does not allow gas guzzlers to cross it. This bridge can only be crossed by muggles Looking from the Rio Hondo sign its easy to see where LUGO has found a new home. On the south side under the bridge LUGO makes his home in the center support between the beams. LUGO keeps half a brick below his crevice of a home just in case any muggles come to close
NOTE: When replacing the box wrap it with a big leaf so muggles will not be able to see it
