Difficulty: VERY DIFFICULT CLIMB
Distance to Letterbox: 9 miles round trip

Box is on top of Mount Elbert. This is the 2nd climb I have made, but using the North trail this time (much harder). Hopefully box will survive, and can be found in jumble of rocks.

Directions:
Better if you print trail directions. You can either go to top via South trail or North trail, so pick which one you want and print directions to the trail head.

To the Letterbox:
Once you reach the summit, there is a semi - circle of rocks in the middle with stick standing up and sign in log there. Go toward the next semi-circle (farther away from where you entered from trail), then circle around the outer wall of the original semi-circle to middle point of that wall. About 2 ft from the top of the wall, the box is under a few rocks. Most the rocks look the same, but I found one that is more white that is over the box. Also, found large shell that I put to the right of the rock covering the box, but someone will probably take that eventually. Box is about 4x3inches, and painted green.
