The visitor centre in St. Paul is certainly one of a kind, and to find this letterbox you are going to need to visit it!
Once you find it and explore this unique visitors centre, it's a nice place for a picnic, begin at the bottom of the stairs that come down from the pad. Walk clockwise on the concret path until the gass beings on your right. Move onto the rocks and search for the light grey rock with the small alien face. Under this rock is the item you seek. You may have to reach deep, if you are concerned with dark spaces under rocks where you can't see what you are reaching for you should probably bring a small flash light.
There is a geocache located in the rocks as well so be careful not to move it. This letterbox container is a grey duct tape envelope rather than a box. So it blends better.
This box has no ink, so bring your own and as always please rehide well and take care not to be observed.
