If exiting from I-75, use exit 310. Head West toward Indian River. At the traffic light turn left. You will be heading South on US-27.
If coming from up M-68 from Alanson turn left at the signal light.
You will be heading North on US-27.
Summer Campout
The trail you seek is on the opposite side of the road of the river, before the check in booth. As you enter the park it will be on your left. Enter the trail where it says No Bikes. Follow the trail up a hill, past some rocks. BEFORE you get to the DNR cabin look for a small opening near the back corner of the Sewage Lagoon on the left. It is right by a big Spruce tree on the side of the trail. Counting the spruce, find the 3rd pine on the left. (About 10 steps in). The summer campout stamp is under this tree.
