In order to find this box, make your way to Manoogian's Staircase, either through the far end of West Bluff or 1/2 mile outside of town on 185.
Once you get to the stairs, climb, climb, climb! Up the first set of steps, to the second set of steps. You will climb up 65 steps altogether!
