This letterbox was missing on June 9, 2010. Actually, fifteen feet of the log where the letterbox was hidden was missing. I do not expect to replace this one. Thanks to everyone who attempted this one.

- An easy Mystery Clue by QOCMike
- Stamp by Ladybug
- Planted on behalf Ladybug and Jolly G-Man's National Mystery Letterbox Project
- city and county unspecified
- Clue updated 4-25-06 to reflect the removal of old landmarks and the use of new ones
Background
The National Mystery LetterBox Project was a series of stamps organized and carved by Jolly G-Man and Ladybug of Virginia. The stamps were being placed in all fifty states, one per state, by volunteers throughout our hobby. The NMLBP fell apart a bit when the two instigators left our hobby. But the stamps that made it into the woods are still good.
Since both the stamps and clues are mysteries, publicly posting spoiler information is discouraged. Condition reports and stories without spoiler info are strongly encouraged.
This letterbox is also posted to Atlasquest.com for logging there.
The Clue
"...The treasure is hidden at your brother, Fred's, place. Agent CZ is keeping watch. CZ is posted near the northeast end of a 60-foot log located about 130 feet directly behind the third Nevco device. The treasure is near the other end of that log, presumably buried under leaves and sticks and such."
"Remember, discretion is vital in carrying out this mission."
