Heart of the City
Start at Kyevo Percherska
Where the cave monastery is located
Once you leave follow Lavraska Street south
You will joined by many tourists walking
along this route
This walk takes you to the next popular site
of the great Iron Lady, one of the 10 tallest
statues in the world, she hold a sword high to the sky
Keep an eye out for a big black ribbon memorial
to your left on the street, its concrete
On the right notice across the street while
walking south notice a 1979 sign at the triangle
small park, this is where the box is located.
The concrete sign is about 4 feet high with steel
1979 numbers on it, face the 1979 sign.
Turn around and notice a small church with an arched
entry. The kiosk to the right of it is where the box
is hidden, right behind it. Face the kiosk with arched
windows and walk to the left and behind find the rain
gutter pipe. The steel hollow beam that supports the
kiosk is where the small plastic box is hidden.
You will need a 12 inch stick to push it out from the
opposite side. Many muggles will be around so be quick
or you can sit on the curb and pretend you are taking
a break. Good Luck.
