This letterbox is part of the GO and Dig It Up! program. It will be available from June 1, 2013 - August 18, 2013. Further details about the program may be found at www.goyork.org.

GO and Dig It Up! uses "garden plots" – wooden posts with engraved plates on them – instead of a traditional letterbox and stamp. Please carefully rub the impression from the engraved plate into the program Gardener's Journal, available at any York County library.

The letterbox is located at Rocky Ridge County Park and may be accessed from the Wildlife picnic area. GO York level of difficulty = Moderate

- Start at the playground and look for a row of pine trees on the opposite side of the parking area.
- At the left side of the row of pine trees, find a trail entrance that has a yellow post at the beginning.
- Follow that trail – trail #5 – and turn left at the first intersection.
- Remain on trail #5 until you come to a small field (opening in the woods).
- Walk through the clearing and immediately make a left on trail #5B.
- Walk 25 kid steps on trail and look for the post on the right side of the trail.
- Reverse your steps to return to the parking area.
