This letterbox is part of the GO and Dig It Up! program. It will be available from June 1, 2013 - August 18, 2013. Further details about the program may be found at www.goyork.org.

GO and Dig It Up! uses "garden plots" – wooden posts with engraved plates on them – instead of a traditional letterbox and stamp. Please carefully rub the impression from the engraved plate into the program Gardener's Journal, available at any York County library.

The letterbox is located at Apollo County Park and may be accessed from the Boyd Road parking area. GO York level of difficulty = Hard

- Start by locating and facing the bulletin board. Look to your right for a trail #1 marker.
- Follow trail #1 up the hill until you reach the first intersection.
- Make a left. There should be blue blazes on trees at this intersection which identify the Mason-Dixon Trail.
- At this intersection, follow the blue blazes up the hill.
- Continue to ramble along the trail, around twist and turns, always following the blue blazes.
- Look for two trees (one on each side of the trail) that squeeze the trail between them.
- Just past the trees you will find the post on the right.
- Return to the parking area the way you came.
