Founders Brook Park is at the end of Old Boyd's Lane in Portsmouth. The entrance to the park is on your right, it is a short distance from the seasonal vegetable stand on your left. A beautiful new sign commemorating the spot as Anne Hutchinson's Founders Brook Park was just added to the entrance to Boyd's Lane so it's very easy to find!
There is a new parking area on the left across from the entrance to the park. Enter the park on foot, a small sign is on your left. Follow the Brook on the right until you see the large pudding stone with a memorial plaque in the center of the park. Continue on past the memorial to the very far left corner of the park. You will see a tree that has been split into 2 parts. The box is hidden behind the wall that is located behind the split tree. The box is under a couple of moveable rocks within reaching distance of the wall.
Updated 7/18/13 after original box was removed. New box has been placed in a new spot:)
