If you cannot use the GPS coordinates, you can park at the end of Lone Tree Pkwy (Lone Tree subdivision). You will walk through the field to the hill to the south. There are some tracks that you can follow to the top of the hill. Go to the south end of the hill and you will find the rock outcropping, facing south over City Center.
You will find the box in the rocks under the most prominent pictograph. Please DO NOT disturb or take anything away from the area.
