Starting your hike from the Trail Head parking lot located at Springdale Court and County Road 9, follow the grassy trail westbound behind the Springdale Court houses (we counted 4 or 5 backyards) until you reach the woods. There is a second trail marker as you enter the woods. The letterbox you are looking for is under the southwest corner of the first bridge. But don't let this stop you! Continue your trek to the pond and back to the bridge to fully enjoy the Monkey Run! Please stamp and/or sign our book and take a sticker (or sticker sheet).
Should you start your hike anywhere else on the Monkey Run, simply find the eastern-most bridge (closest to Springdale Ct). The box is under the southwest corner.
