From Lloyd Expressway, take Fulton Avenue south toward the Ohio River. Fulton will curve and then become Riverside Drive. Turn right at the Evansville Museum/Pagoda Visitor's Center.
After you park walk toward the Four Freedoms Monument.
At the Four Freedoms Monument look for the Connecticut state seal. Step behind the Connecticut seal and face the river. Walk forward about 10 steps, and sit or squat by the concert wall facing the river. Look for a cut out in the concert.
