*Currently unavailable. We discovered the concrete stump has been rolled away and the contents of the letterbox were scattered about. Will repair and attempt to place in a new location in the park soon.
Enter Mitch Park off of Covell, turning north on Marilyn Williams Drive. Follow the drive all the way north past the baseball fields. At the end of the drive turn right and park at the east end near the cul-de-sac. Walk east across the wooden bridge and up the steps. Turn right onto the paved path. Pavilion 3 will be on your left. Continue on the path passing Pavilion 2 on your left. At the small playground turn left and stay on the path passing Pavilion 1. The baseball fields will be on your right. When you get to a fork in the road, turn right. A short distance later you reach another fork. Directly in front of you will be a sign reading, "Mitch Park - An Urban Forest". Standing at the right end of the sign, walk straight back through the grass and down the hill. You will see a concrete block. Look for the small cedar next to a larger tree to the right of the block. Just beyond that is a concrete stump. Look behind and under the stump. The letterbox is hidden under bark and leaves.
