Terrain Difficulty: Easy (flat, 200 yards RT)
Status: reported missing
The Friars Creek Hike & Bike Trail begins in South Temple Park and follows the creek north about 1 mile. The park also has a disc golf course and other trails along the creek.
Directions:
From I35 go southeast on Hwy 36/190 for about 1.5 mile to 5th Street. Turn right and go about 1 mile then turn right into South Temple Park. Park at far end on right by trail head.
Clues:
Go west on brown path about 50 yards to beginning of Friars Creek Trail on right. Go right on this cement trail as it follows the creek on the left to a bridge with a bench on the other side. About 5 steps behind the bench are 2 trees. Go around the left side of the multi-trunk tree on left and LB is within trunks on back side under a rock and sticks. Please be discreet and replace as described.
