“Behold and see,
as you pass by,
as you are now,
so once was I,
As I am now,
so you will be,
Prepare for death,
and follow me.”

This letterbox is protected by St. Dominic in the ghost town of Marcy, Wisconsin.

Clues: When you get there drive around to the back (in the summer). If it is snow covered, park and walk to the back. First say hello to Ms. Mary O’Connor. Her grave is the southernmost stone. Then walk six paces north to Nellie and Edward Swift. Such a sad story they have to tell. Then walk 20 paces east to pay homage to Mr. George Clark. After some time spent with George, walk north to the six stones of the Swift Family: James, Mary, James Jr., Lil Mary, John and Margaret. A family that prays together stays together. Walk west past James and Catherine Cleary to William and Elizabeth Bogue. Billy and Lizzy - together forever they are. Stop! Turn around! See the Red Cross? Which family it that? Go see. From Emma J. look for the big tree to the northeast. Go to it (28 paces). Then walk 7 paces to the south. Say hello to Wilber and Kathryn Warn. Warning! Warning! You are close! Look to the east. The prize you seek shares a spot in the base of a tree that says to you: come and say hello to me too! Please replace the stones after you stamp your logbook and remember, never forget, never forget, never forget.

***The box has been replaced and it is good to go! Enjoy the hunt!***
