This letterbox is a memorial to my sister Karen Ann Gardner, and our mother Sharon Gardner.
Coming in on US 2 from either direction, turn toward the Solmenson Library onto Section Street. Follow road past Norway High School, and road will become Forest Drive. Follow until you reach cemetary. Take main road through cemetary, looking on the left side for a huge gravestone that says Pascoe. If you turn left just before that stone, and go down a few rows, there is a large stone that has been hit by lightning that has lines through it. You will find in that area the Larson family stone. Among those, you will find a stone for Karen Ann Gardner. Keep walking parallel to the road you drove in on, and you will come to a gazebo. Standing in the middle of the gazebo, face the large sign on the edge then turn around 180 degrees. Off to the right, there is a large stone that reads Blomgren. Between you and the stone is a large evergreen tree. Walk directly up to it and at the bottom is buried the letterbox. Please cover it back up as well as you can.
