From Interstate 81, take the Shenandoah Caverns exit. Follow signs to Shenandoah Caverns. Once at Shenandoah Caverns, locate trees that, together, resemble a large tunnel behind the White and Blue Shenandoah Caverns building. Count down to the seventh tree cluster on the left-side. The letterbox is hidden within the base of these trees.
Note-This is a very child and family friendly area. There are two goat areas and a picnic area, not to mention the Caverns, it's gift shop, and American Celebration on Parade.
